20.2 PITBULLDOGS

3)    No person shall keep or harbour any pitbull dog regardless of age on or after June.1.1990 except where the owner has a valid dangerous dog license for that dog which has been issued prior to that date.
4)    A person may temporarily keep or harbour in the city a Pit Bull dog only for the purpose of showing such a Pit Bull dog in a place of public exhibition, contest or show sponsored by a bona fide dog club association, provided that when such Pit Bull dog is not being shown at that place of said public exhibition, contest, or show, it shall be.
    a)    securely kenneled; or
    b)    muzzled, restrained by a chain or leash not exceeding six feet in length and under the control of a responsible person.
